This past weekend at Hype Energy we we’re living it up at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with Sahara Force India F1 team. The weekend we watched the leading drivers in Formula One racing give excellent performances.
Thursday night we kicked off the weekend with a pre-race party on the Hype Energy Terrace, located in the Sahara Force India Hospitality Suite in the F1 circuit. We were joined by Sahara Force India drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Sergio Pérez and lots of motorsport media, who were chatting about pre-race strategies, reminiscing over the last year in F1 racing and enjoying a cocktail competition to see who was the best #MFPClub mixologist.
On Saturday we celebrated the end of the season on a gorgeous yacht in Yas Marina, hosted in conjunction with Amber Lounge. We were joined by SFI team drivers, senior management and many other Hype Energy distributors from around the world.
Hype Energy CEO, Bertrand Gachot, was on hand for the festivities and welcomed guests as he gave a sneak peek into the redesign of Hype Energy Drinks. We showcased our new design for Hype Energy MFP and Hype Energy MFP Zero – a sleeker, stylized look which includes our new MFP emblem. You’ll be seeing a lot more of MFP. Will you be part of the #MFPClub?
On Sunday we headed to Yas Marina circuit to attend one of the strongest performances by Sahara Force India F1 drivers. It was the 150th race weekend for the team and the two VJM08s were sporting special stickers to commemorate the occasion. Hype Energy joined the celebrations by placing their logo on the rear wing – the most prestigious place on a Formula One car!
Sergio Pérez and Nico Hülkenberg finished the race 5th and 7th respectively, a strong result that gave 16 world championship points to Sahara Force India – the most they’ve scored at any race this season. Time to celebrate a very successful season in which Sahara Force India, with the strong support of Hype Energy, has climbed to the best-ever season with fifth in the Constructors' Championship, as Checo and Nico finish in P9 and P10 of the Drivers' standings.
Thank you to Formula One and Sahara Force India for being such incredible partners. We look forward to seeing you both at the races in 2016!
