Epsilon eSports CSGO team shines at DreamHack Summer 2016

Epsilon eSports Counter Strike: Global Offensive team enjoyed a successful weekend at the recent Dreamhack Summer event in Jonkoping, Sweden.

eSports is always exciting to watch. You would agree with us if you attended Dreamhack Summer or if you watched the livestream. The event, which featured some of the best teams in the world, was a mix of the highly anticipated CSGO tournament and the Swedish Championship.

Epsilon's weekend started with strong performances, like the victory against Hellraisers. But our CSGO team was shut down by the exceptionally strong Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP). Unsurprisingly, our favorite gamers managed to grab most of the attention after 2 very tight and competitive matches. Epsilon eSports athletes can hold their heads high after a very strong performance.

In the Swedish Championship, Epsilon convincingly made the finals, and faced off against Archangels. This time, Epsilon went strong and managed to pull off a terrific victory to take home the title and a worthy cash prize!

All in all, a very productive event for our CSGO team, that made us very proud of the team and their talent. DreamHack Summer included plenty of exhibitors, including our partners' sponsor, Sound Blaster. We joined them at their booth, which was buzzing with activity all weekend.

We want to take the time to thank both Sound Blaster and Epsilon eSports for their amazing collaboration over the course of the event. We can’t wait for the next one!
