Born to Kitesurf

Hype Energy Denmark have just signed up one of the nations most talented Kitesurfer, 21 year old Jakob Rein. Jacob says "Kite Surfing is all about speed, high altitudes and daredevil tricks, perhaps the closest we get X-treme Sports in Denmark."

The first kites were sold in Denmark back in 1999 and ever since has been the nation's fastest growing sport. Jacob in recent years visited Tarifa in southern Spain, Brazil and South Africa in search of bigger challenges and warmer climates.
